London to Brighton for British Heart Foundation

Our Director, Ross will be cycling (well attempting!) the London to Brighton 'off-road' bike ride to raise money for the British Heart Foundation.

Teaming up with Director from Footsteps Design, Alex Ballard,  the pair are currently embarking on a training regime for the ride which takes place on the 20th of September.

We'll be keeping up with training, injuries and the main event on both Facebook and Twitter, where they'll be a few pictures and stories along the way, as well as keeping track of the total being raised.

To sponsor Team Footsteps/ABC we'll be adding a page soon and putting the link here so you can give generously :0)

“The most valuable part of the course was the amount of practical massage which was incorporated from day 1. The Course was brilliant as was the support”
